Refund policy
Currently, we cannot accept refunds on our Makeup Removing Glove due to hygiene reasons, and us being unable to re-sell once opened.
When packing your orders we take the up-most care to ensure they are packaged in a hygienic way, avoiding any cross-contamination of your gloves. Once these have been sent to customers, we can no longer guarantee this has been maintained and for that reason would be unable to re-sell, and therefore unable to accept returns.
We can however of course refund you in your items arrive faulty, please contact us at team@flossytools.co.uk. We will send you further instructions on how to return your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the item is not damaged we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your glove if it is deemed faulty, however other exchanges are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive your faulty item, we will refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
